1. Monthly Coaching Plans

• Payments made for coaching are non-refundable once the month has started.

• If you cancel before the next billing cycle, no future charges will be applied.

2. Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

• Service not delivered as promised (e.g., coaching not initiated).
